Delete your DICEST SkillUp account
DICEST SkillUp is the learning App of DICEST Education. On this page you can delete your App account and the data linked to it — you do not need the App installed.
Request deletion
First confirm that the account is yours, with one of these methods. Then you will see exactly what will be deleted and can confirm.
Mobile number + password
The ones you use to log in to the App.
Code by email
If you forgot your password: we email a one-time code to the email saved in your account.
Already have the App? You can also delete your account there: Profile › Delete account.
How it works
- Verify the account above (mobile number + password, or a code sent to the account's email).
- Review what will be deleted and tick the confirmation box.
- Press “Delete my account permanently”. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out of the App on every phone.
- You get a reference number as confirmation.
What is deleted
- Account details: name, mobile number, email, city, password (stored only as a hash) and profile photo.
- Learning data: topic progress, quiz attempts and answers, practical answers, interview practice scores, feedback and reports.
- Course access in the App: courses opened for your account and their access history.
- Sign-in: all sign-in sessions on every phone, and any pending one-time codes.
What we keep, why, and for how long

Website course enquiries and Career & Placement Support registrations are separate from the App and are deleted automatically as described in our Privacy Policy; you can also ask us to delete them earlier.
Can't verify? Need help?
If you no longer know your password and have no email in your account, email helpdesk@dicestcomputer.com from any address with the subject “DICEST SkillUp account deletion” and the mobile number of the account. We will confirm that the account is yours (for example with a call to that number) — never send your password. Verified email requests are completed within 7 working days and confirmed by reply.
