• Learning & enrollment: chosen courses, batches, attendance, assignments, assessments, certificates.
• Payments: transaction IDs, amounts, status, method (processed by payment gateways; we do not store full card/UPI data).
• Device & usage: IP, device/browser, timestamps, pages viewed, referral URLs, cookies.
• Support: communications via forms, WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media.

2) How We Use Your Information

• Provide admissions, batches, classes (online/offline), LMS access, and certificates.
• Process payments, invoices, and refunds (as applicable).
