By accessing our websites, enrolling in courses, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1) Services

DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. provides classroom and online training, micro-courses, certificate programs, career assistance, and allied services. Some programs are delivered with/through partners (e.g., government/industry vendors).

2) Admissions & Eligibility

• Admission is subject to seat availability, prerequisites, KYC (if required), and fee payment.
• We may cancel or reschedule batches for operational reasons; see the Refunds/Cancellations section.

3) Fees & Payments

• Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise; taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by secure gateways; you agree to their terms.
• EMI/Pay-later plans (if offered) are subject to partner approval and terms.

4) Attendance, Assessments & Certificates

• Minimum attendance and assignment/exam criteria may apply for completion.
• Certificates are awarded on successful completion and clearance of dues.
• Digital verification links/QR codes may be used for certificates.

5) Content & Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, notes, code, logos) is owned by DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. or licensors.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning only; recording/copying/sharing content without written consent is prohibited.

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not harass others, upload malware, circumvent security, share logins, or infringe IP.
• Do not violate exam integrity or misuse our name/brand.

7) Placement & Assistance

Job assistance (if offered) includes resume support, mock interviews, and referrals. It is not a job guarantee. Outcomes depend on your performance, eligibility, and market conditions.

8) Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DICEST Education Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

11) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy or fee violations, or misuse.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
